Frequently Asked Questions

How are the handmade cards and tags made?

All my products are handmade in Australia by Susie. My cards are created with high quality cardstock using either die cuts, stamps, hand drawn or a cricut machine. All cards and tags have exceptional detail and no card is the same.

Are your handmade cards and tags sustainable?

All products are made out of high quality cardstock or paper which is sustainable and environmentally friendly.

How are your products packaged?

Cards and Crafts by Susie is working towards transitioning to sustainable packaging. However at this stage your products will arrive in a cellophane bag to ensure no damage will occur during transit.

What is your shipping and return policy?

  • Domestic Shipping will take 2 to 5 Business Days - Express Shipping is available at an extra cost.
  • International Shipping will take 6 to 10 Business Days - Express Shipping is available at an extra cost.

Items can be posted within 3 Days 

I gladly accept returns and cancellations

  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
  • Return items back within: 21 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within:  2 days of purchase
